Material Grades We Supply
Hi-Tech Engineering supplies forged flanges in a wide range of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, duplex stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, and nickel alloy grades for industrial piping, oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, offshore, and process industry applications. Our supply range covers commonly specified ASTM, ASME, DIN, EN, and equivalent international material standards. Depending on project requirements, materials can be supplied with dual certification and complete traceability documentation.
ASTM A105, ASTM A350 LF2, ASTM A350 LF3, ASTM A350 LF6, ASTM A694 F42, F52, F60, F65, F70, ASTM A266 Grade 2, Grade 4 and equivalent carbon steel grades.
AISI 4130, AISI 4140, AISI 4145, AISI 4340, AISI 8620, AISI 8630 and other alloy steel grades used in pressure-containing and high-strength applications.
ASTM A182 F1, F5, F9, F11, F12, F22, F91, F92 and related alloy steel materials for elevated temperature service conditions.
ASTM A182 F6A, SS 410, SS 415 (F6NM), SS 416, SS 420, SS 430, SS 431 and SS 440C martensitic stainless steel grades are widely used for forged components and high-strength engineering applications requiring excellent wear resistance and durability.
UNS S31803, UNS S32205 (Duplex 2205), UNS S32750 (Super Duplex 2507), UNS S32760, UNS S31254 (SMO 254), UNS S32550 and other duplex stainless steel grades designed for demanding corrosion environments.
Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Incoloy 800, Incoloy 825, Monel 400, Monel K500, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C276, Alloy 20, Nickel 200 and other nickel-based alloys for severe service applications.
Material Certification & Quality Assurance
All supplied materials can be provided with Material Test Certificates (MTC), PMI testing, dimensional inspection reports, and third-party inspection documentation where required. Dual-certified and multi-certified materials can also be arranged subject to project specifications.
